Did Nicki Minaj's Manager Cross the Line with his Threat to Hot 97 Personality, Peter Rosenberg?

The Nicki Minaj/Peter Rosenberg tension just won’t die. Nicki Minaj’s manager, Safaree took to twitter to threaten Rosenberg by “punching him in the face” because of his remarks he made at Summer Jam about Nicki’s song “Starships”. In response to this threat, Peter Rosenberg let Safaree know that he would sue if he was touched. Did Safaree go too far with his threat?
