Did Penn State Get The Punishment They Deserved?

Penn State was hammered with some of the harshest NCAA sanctions in college sports history. The penalties include an estimated $73 million in total fines and a loss of 20 football scholarships for four years. They were also banned from Big Ten bowl games and lost all wins from the 1998-2011 seasons, among other things.
