Should Jesse Jackson Jr. Partake in Plea Deal?

Jesse Jackson Jr.'s attorneys are reportedly in talks of a possible plea deal regarding allegations of campaign finance violations. Most of the investigation's focus has been on whether or not Jackson improperly used campaign funds for personal purchases. In addition to the recent accusations, Jackson has also been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and depression, which complicates things further.
