Despite having divorced almost four years ago, Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster are allegedly embroiled in yet another battle. Rumor has it that the R&B singer has decided to put his Georgia mansion back on the market, even though Foster is still living there. This news comes shortly after Raymond's successful  battle for primary custody of the former couple's two sons.

Raymond allegedly notified Foster of the eviction via a letter. According to terms made in their 2009 divorce settlement, Raymond has the rights to sell the home as long as he gives Foster 60 days notice. Raymond bought the 12,000 sq. foot home for $3 million in 2007.
