I am a proud member of the Student Government Association, I am also a part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I served as Miss Homecoming for the 2016-2017 school year. Additionally, I have also worked as a Benedict Ambassador, giving future Tigers and Tigerettes a tour and history breakdown of the campus and getting them excited to come to Benedict College.
My career goals consist of expanding the clothing business I already own and furthering my career as a stylist. I've had a love for fashion since I was young, and I love the creativity behind it. I feel as if owning my own business comes with more freedom than working a 9 to 5. Although it may come with a lot of stress, owning a business will pay off in the long run. Building up and fixing my own brand rather than maintaining someone else's feels better to me. Starting a business puts you at the top and makes you your own boss.
What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen?:
My most memorable moment as Miss Benedict College has been being able to unite and uplift my student body in hopes of bringing everyone together for a greater cause. I had the plan of making a change during my reign. I fill in as a leader particularly for my young ladies who are new to the college world. I have the great ability of doubling as a student recruiter, showing magnificence and balance while gladly announcing the success of my HBCU.
