Who can forget when Will Smith joked about a new, lighter skinned, Aunt Vivian appearing in the living room on his show “Fresh Prince of Bel Air” in the season premiere episode. Well 18 years after being fired, the original Aunt Viv’, Janet Hubert, still isn’t laughing. Asked about her absence from the recent cast reunion dinner she told TMZ “There will never be a reunion … as I will never do anything with an a**hole like Will Smith." This isn’t the first time Hubert has stated Smith was difficult to work with, claiming she was let go for not sucking up to him. Smith on the other hand, has been fairly quiet about her departure, only stating that she had a bad attitude when asked by a radio station in 1993. While this certainly a long time to hold a grudge, Hubert’s departure from the show certainly had an impact on her career…we haven’t really heard from her since then, actually. Should Smith give her the apology she is clearly yearning for or should Hubert just move on?
