NBA player Stephen Curry may have the nickname “Chef Curry,” but the real chef in the family is his wife, Ayesha Curry. If you’re familiar with Curry, you know she has a love of food. It’s one that has brought her many opportunities like last year’s release of her cookbook, ‘The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well,” the Food Network show, Ayesha’s Home Kitchen, and a recently launched food delivery service, Homemade.

Now, the wife and mother of two is taking on the biggest challenge yet in the food industry. What first began as a pop-up restaurant Curry co-launched in 2016 with Chef Michael Mina, will now become a restaurant in San Francisco’s Millennium Tower. International Smoke’s menu featured food of the barbecue variety such as St. Louis pork ribs, braised mustard greens, slow-cooked char Sui pork shoulder and Singapore-style black pepper barbecue lobster, which all proved to be loved by restaurant visitors.

Curry announced her latest venture on Sunday with a post on Instagram.

The next time you’re in San Francisco, Curry’s restaurant has to be on your list of things to try.
