Bill Cosby yelled at prosecutors on Thursday after he was found guilty of drugging and raping a woman at his home in 2004, according to CNN.

The outburst was in response to Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney Kevin Steele stating that Cosby’s $1 million bail should be revoked because he owned a private plane and could leave the country.

Per CNN, Cosby responded saying, “He doesn’t have a private plane, you a*shole.”

Judge Steven O’Neil chose not to revoke Cosby’s bail referencing his age and the fact that the 80-year old appeared at every hearing for the last 2 1/2 years.

“I’m not simply going to lock him up right now,” O’Neill said. “You [Steele] are making a very big deal of something where there is a very high bail and he has appeared at every appearance.”

The comedian was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

His lawyers said they did not agree with the verdict and plan to appeal.

“We are very disappointed by the verdict,” his lawyer Thomas Mesereau said outside the courthouse. “We don’t think Mr. Cosby is guilty of anything.”

When asked if they will be appeal he responded with a resounding, “yes.”
