Jay Z, Kanye West, Frank Ocean Sued for $3 Million Over “Made in America”

For the umpteenth time, Jay Z, Frank Ocean and Kanye West are facing copyright infringement claims. A man by the name of Joel McDonald is suing the trio for supposedly stealing material from a song he released in 2009 on iTunes for their “Made in America” track, off Jay and Ye’s Watch the Throne. 106 & Park Shut Down After Blue Ivy Hair Joke?

Earlier this week, Karrueche Tran caught all types of holy hell as a guest host on 106 & Park when she was prompted to read a bad joke about Jay Z and Beyoncé never combing Blue Ivy’s hair. Naturally, the tasteless comment put Karrueche in a line of fire, although the show’s writers are the ones to blame for fading baby Blue. K and BET exec Stephen Hill issued an apology in response to the backlash, but now the rumor is that all the writers and producers behind the joke have been axed, and 106 has been shut down for the rest of the week because of the shenanigans. Well, I guess we can all thank those writers for running our chances of ever seeing the Carters perform at the BET Awards again… not even on a projector.

Lil Wayne Slapped with Paternity Suit

Oh Lord! Lil Wayne is about to add another biddie to his mini basketball squad, or so 30-year-old Keiotia Brown hopes. Word is, Weezy fathered Brown’s 12-year-old baby boy, Dwayne Keyshawn Brown, back in 2002, and she wants Wayne to submit to a DNA test to prove it. (She done gave the boy Wayne’s name already? Uh oh.) Ms. Keiotia filed court docs in Miami for not only a paternity suit, but to lock Lil Tunechi down on that child support.

But this isn’t the first the fertile rap star has heard of a baby Wayne. He was initially hit with a DNA request back in 2010 while serving time on Rikers Island, but someone swiveled his way out of his fifth parent trap… or so he thought. No word from Wayne yet on the matter.
