Are 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather Done Beefing?

Former BFFs 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather have been trading Twitter jabs and Instagram haymakers for much of 2014. Yet while Fif’s illiteracy memes have been no-holds-barred, the Queens rapper/mogul says he’s got no ill will toward the boxing champion. “I don’t want to see him lose,” 50 told XXL, for the magazine’s final print cover story, featuring G-Unit. “I don’t go to sleep and wake up like, ‘I hope you f*king lose, stupid.’ No, I already got past that when I said what I said. I’m already done dealing with that right there.” 50 says he laid off of his trolling as Mayweather’s fight with Marcos Maidana approached, so he could focus on the bout. But that doesn’t mean he’s ready to make up. “I don’t care if I ever talk to [Floyd] again,” 50 Cent added.

Method Man Says He’s Waiting on RZA for Crystal Meth

Method Man has been cooking up his fifth solo studio album, the brilliantly titled Crystal Meth, for a few years now, yet the Wu-Tang spitter claims his new batch is missing a key ingredient: Clan mastermind RZA. “Can’t get RZA on board for some reason,” the 43-year-old lyricist told HipHopDX of the legendary producer, who laced Meth’s 1994 debut Tical. “I’ve been speaking to him for the past three, four years… saying, ‘F*ck with me. F*ck with me, RZA.’ But he’s a busy man. And I’m proud of him.” The Shaolin MC isn’t just sitting around waiting on beats, though. He’s still proving his pen is sharper than samurai swords with feature appearances (see: A$AP Nast’s “Trillmatic”) and rendezvous with Redman (the upcoming Blackout! 3). Let’s just hope the hip-hop Walter White gets his supply, for old time’s sake. “He should just get back in the studio with me one more time, that’s all,” Meth says. “Just one more time.”
