The Dash family hasn’t been seeing eye-to-eye lately, as actress Stacey Dash has threatened to sue cousin Dame for including her likeness on a poster for new film, Honor Up.

When asked directly if she is a part of the film, the 50-year-old conservative responded, “No. I am not. I’ll let the lawyers handle it,” according to The Jasmine Brand.

Well, it looks like the former Fox News commentator did film a scene or two, as she’s featured in the official trailer for the movie, executive produced by Dame and Kanye West.

Stacey starred in previous Roc-A-Fella indie flick Paper Soldiers alongside Kevin Hart (in his film debut), Beanie Sigel and JAY-Z, but those days are apparently long gone. In a 2014 interview with Net-A-Porter, the actress revealed that Dame and several other members of her family no longer speak to her due to her political beliefs.

“My family and I have not spoken,” Dash said. “My cousin Damon and my brother [Darien, CEO of DME Interactive Holdings] were role models to me because they were great capitalists. Now we’re not really talking because they were the ones who told me to keep my mouth shut. They felt that I should do certain things because I’m black. Certain friends don’t speak to me any more either.”
