the acceptance that comes with that is very different for women than it is for men.

EBONY: Why do you think that is?

RP: I think ultimately it may come down to the pride that men have, and the fears of exposing who they really are as opposed to the images that we have to live up to. And the persona that we’re supposedly supposed to live up to. Not only for each other, but for women as well.
