Kevin Hart does not stop and he stays winning. The world’s highest paid comedian had a breakout year in 2016 and it looks like the momentum will keep increasing this year.

According to Deadline, Universal Pictures has attached Kevin Hart to star in The Great Outdoors, a reboot the studio is developing based on the 1988 John Hughes-scripted comedy.

In the original film, starring the late great comedian John Candy and Dan Aykroyd,  one man’s hope for a peaceful family vacation in the woods is shattered when his annoying in-laws drop in.  Randall Green is writing the new version. Michael De Luca is producing for Michael De Luca Productions alongside with Hart through his Hartbeat Productions banner.

No word yet on who will play his in-laws but we’re looking forward to seeing Hart take on a new role. With a full blown production company, endorsement deals, TV deals and more, how does the mogul keep everything in check? It’s a question he answered for us last year for our Men’s Issue:

“There’s a little battery in me that goes, ‘Ah, man. The minute you go to sleep, that guy who’s next, that guy who wants the spot you have, is working.”
