As the saying goes- two’s a party, and three’s a crowd. Recently Laura Govan cleared the air about her role in the Vincent Herbert and Tamar Braxton drama. As many know, just days after Christmas and a moment before New Year’s, Tamar Braxton revealed that her estranged husband, Vince, had gotten another woman pregnant. Tamar took to social media to reveal the news, as well as tagged former Basketball Wives cast-mate, Laura Govan, into the drama:

In the past, Govan, who dated former NBA star Gilbert Arenas, had been linked to affair rumors with Shaunie O’Neal’s ex, Shaq O’Neal. Well, whatever the case may be, Laura took to the airwaves via Power 105’s The Breakfast Club to clear the air on her name. Read the highlights below:

It’s not true. I’m absolutely not [pregnant]. I don’t even know Vince like that. No disrespect, I think he’s a great guy. But he’s not my type. I gotta type [and] that ain’t it. I like them a little lighter, a little whiter (laughs)Nah, [but] I don’t necessarily have a type anymore. My type is compatibility and niceness, you know?
On Tamar Tagging Laura Govan on Instagram
I have an idea [why] but I can’t talk about it. I don’t know what she believes to be honest with you. I was just as surprised… What went wrong, why is she saying this? None of it’s true. I just want to move on with my life. I don’t want this to be the topic of my new year.
I haven’t really spoken to her but c’mon, but you can’t believe this is true. Like, c’mon.
On the Man She Is Dating Now
Nobody knows about him. He’s very quiet, smart and sweet. He’s everything I wanted in a man and I just want to keep him to myself.

Well, that’s that… for now. We’ll see how this plays out. Meanwhile, Tamar has deleted her Instagram account and appears to be taking a break from all the drama.
