Mariah Carey is being accused of sexual harassment by her former manager Stella Bulochnikov according to TMZ. Bulochnikov plans to file documents to sue the singer as she claims Carey spent most of her time naked in front of her.

Not only does Stopler accuse the 48-year-old of constant nudity but she also claims Carey did sexual things in her presence. Mariah Carey and her team have denied the “baseless” accusations. A rep for the singer told Page Six “Stella Bulochnikov was terminated from employment as Mariah¹s manager due to failure to perform her job effectively and ill-serving her client. Stella was not under contract for employment. She has been spreading false rumors to any media outlet that will publish them. We won’t respond to lies and threats. If this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully.”

Aside from the harassment claims Bulochnikov also alleges that the “We Belong Together” does not take her bipolar disorder medication. Carey revealed her 17-year battle with the mental illness just last week. Bulochnikov also accuses the mother of two of having a substance abuse issue.

Due to Carey’s alleged issues, Bulochnikov says she was fired unfairly before the end of her contract. Bulochnikov is willing to settle with Mariah out of court but will move forward with the lawsuit if the singer fails to address her claims.
