It’s been a little over three years since the death of Michael Jackson, and his siblings are now contesting the King of Pop’s will. Rebbie, Janet, Randy, Tito, and Jermaine believe that his lawyers, John McClain and John Branca, had Michael’s signature forged, listing his mother Katherine, and children Paris, Prince, and Blanket as the sole beneficiaries.

Sources close to Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network support these allegations and believe foul play was involved. Along with saying their brother “despised” his lawyers, the Jacksons claim their mother suffered from a mini-stroke due to the stress of the situation. Both lawyers have rejected the siblings claims and are “saddened” by their “defamatory accusations.”
