Nelly’s rape accuser, Monique Greene has subpoenaed his girlfriend Shantel Jackson in her ongoing case against the rapper. According to The Blast, Greene would like Jackson to testify over alibi claims where she asserts being with the rapper at the time of the alleged assault. Jackson took to social media to debunk the allegations and “false claims” against the St. Louis native stating: “Those dates these Jane Doe’s are claiming, I was at those venues, in the dressing rooms, and on that tour bus.”

Court documents say Greene is requesting for Jackson’s deposition to be taped. The alleged victim would also like her to provide “all photographs, receipts, social media posts, airline tickets, bus tickets, phone records and other documents regarding her whereabouts on June 8, 9, 10, 2016; October 5, 6, 7, 2017 and December 4, 5, 6, 2017.”

The site also reports that Greene is requesting that Nelly provide additional information such as a list of alleged witnesses on the dates of the alleged assaults, documents on Jackson’s travel at time of the incidents, a list of sexual encounters the rapper had with fans and other documents in relations to nonconsensual sexual encounter accusations made against him.

The rapper has filed a reject to the above-mentioned subpoena citing that the alleged victim is asking for too much information that puts the privacy of his staff at risk.
