New York's elite flocked to the Times Center for "An Evening with Ursula Burns," presented by The HistoryMakers. The organization honored  Burns, who is the chairman of Xerox and was the first Black female CEO of a Fortune 500 company, as a "Maker," and hosted a taped conversation with Burns that was moderated  by interviewer extraordinaire and Washington Week host Gwen Ifill and featured tributes from her mentors, Vernon E. Jordan, former Xerox CEO Anne. M. Mulcahy and HistoryMakers founder Julianne L. Richardson.
