After a seven-year absence, Sade Adu is back with the smooth and whimsical, “Flower of the Universe,” featured on the soundtrack of upcoming Ava DuVernay film, A Wrinkle in Time.
“My creative partnership with Sade on ‘Flower of the Universe’ was so connected that I reverse engineered the usual process and used her lyrics as actual dialogue within the film,” said DuVernay in a press release for the song.
