After years of fighting breakup rumors, it appears Tamar Braxton is finally throwing in the towel. The “My Man” singer has filed for divorce from record executive Vincent Herbert, according to TMZ.

Braxton reportedly filed divorce documents on Tuesday in Los Angeles County. The couple have been married almost nine years, and are one month away from their anniversary. The reality show stars share one child, 4-year-old son Logan.

The soprano songstress met Herbert in 2003 through big sister Toni Braxton, who previously worked with music manager.

Whispers of an impending separation have surrounded the couple for years, heating up in 2016 when Braxton filed legal docs after a domestic dispute in an Atlanta hotel in which the cops were called. Herbert, 44, allegedly bit her hand during the argument, TMZ reported.

Still, the couple insisted that all was well between them, with Herbert telling Entertainment Tonight soon after the incident that the couple’s marriage was “totally fine.”

Braxton’s rep later told TMZ the singer made an “extremely difficult decision” in filing for divorce. They added, “Collectively, their son Logan and his well being during this very unfortunate process is most important. We ask that everyone respects her privacy during this very difficult time. She appreciates everyone’s love and prayers.”

The final season of the pair’s hit reality show, Tamar and Vince, premieres Nov 9th at 9p.m. on WEtv.
