With last year’s resurgence of the #MeToo movement, closeted victims of various levels of sexual misconduct began to let their voices be heard. While the movement has been a force for women in Hollywood, men often suffer in silence as well, as was the case for Terry Crews.

The Brooklyn-Nine-Nine star filed a police report against agent Adam Venit in November, after claiming to have been groped by him while at an industry event.

TMZ is now reporting that Crews’ case against the Hollywood honcho has been rejected because Venit “did not make contact with Terry’s skin when he allegedly grabbed his genitals, and also because Venit didn’t restrain Terry.”
