Alicia Keys makes her producing debut this Fall with The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete, a coming-of-age story about two urban inner city boys who are forced to fend for themselves after their mothers are taken away by authorities. The cast includes fellow songbirds Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks alongside Anthony Mackie, Jeffrey Wright, Adewale Akinnuoye- Agbaje and newcomer Skylan Brooks.
The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete will be in select theaters on October 11, 2013.
