There will finally be a tour starring the women of R&B Divas, only it’s not the idea as originally presented on TV One. In a recent interview, Kelly Price revealed that there is a tour in the works featuring Faith Evans, Brownstone, Dawn Robinson, KeKe Wyatt and Chanté Moore. As for why the others have been left out, Kelly chalked that decision up to the promoters. Well, Lil Mo, LaTocha Scott, Monifah, Syleena Johnson, Michel’le, Claudette Ortiz, and Angie Stone, y’all can go ahead and do another tour and call it the Songbirds tour or something.
As for Chanté Moore and Kelly Price sharing a bill, Kelly said: “People are trying to make a television show. If there was a danger of anything happening to Chanté Moore being in the same intimate space with me, we would not be going on the road together. And Miss Moore did agree to come on this tour.” [CNikky.com]
Jimi Hendrix’s ex-girlfriend Kathy Etchingham has several bones to pick with the André 3000-starring Hendrix biopic entitled All Is By My Side. She thinks André is too old for the role, doesn’t like the way she’s portrayed on film, and even hates the wardrobe. As she explained to the Sunday Express: “André and Hayley Atwell are much older than Jimi and I were and it shows… I wrote them an email when I first heard about it saying if you want any help don’t hesitate to contact me. They didn’t reply… It’s got Austin Powers written all over it. I would not be seen dead in anything like that.” [Sunday Express]
Kanye West has been a constant presence throughout New York Fashion Week with noticeable appearances at presentations for Diesel Black Gold, Hood By Air, Alexander Wang and a show by British designer Louise Goldin. He’s also been spotted at W magazine’s Gen X party, stopping by to say hi to editor-in-chief Stefano Tonchi. That’s prompted the question of where Kim Kardashian is? Uh, probably breast feeding or something. Besides, it’s not like she’d be invited to half of those events anyway. No shade, Kim. If I had a thing, I’d tell you to come with Rob and Khloe. [Page Six]

A$AP Rocky is apologizing for his noted glare at Jason Collins at the 2013 VMAs. The openly gay pro basketball player was talking about the gay community and the Harlem-native looked visibly uncomfortable as Collins continued to speak. In an interview with The Stashed, A$AP tries to clear the air.
He explained: “I’m mad that my facial expressions was like that because I’m not homophobic at all, and that whole thing just came off real homophobic. I didn’t really notice it until I got home and saw it. I apologize to Jason for that, because people was laughing and s–t, and you know… I really don’t think that’s funny. I saw they were making all the memes and pictures and making fun of him. There’s people out there that think I was doing that to be funny, and truthfully, I got gay people in my family. I don’t give a f–k if you gay or you not. I just found it odd that MTV wanted to stand me next to this n—a when they are talking about gay people, that’s all. You know what I’m saying?”
Not really, sir, but whatever. [The Stashed]
Kendrick Lamar has responded to Meek Mills’s dis record, explaining while on stage at his NYC show: “I been doing this s**t for years... I mastered this s**t. I have no time for irrelevant n***as [or] new n***as. There’s one n***a in particular that needs to realize that there’s levels to this s**t. I’m MOTHERF**KIN’ KING KENDRICK!”
That sounds very early 1990s WWF, but I get it, Kendrick. [All Hip-Hop]
A Chicago mother has been arrested for forcing a man to have sex with her at gunpoint. Indeed, 25-year-old Cierra Ross, a mother of two and a waitress as Denny’s, has been accused of offering a man a ride around 5:00 a.m. before ultimately demanding that he get in the backseat and give her the business. I’m not entirely sure how that works, but they do still sell toys that alleviate such stress, no? Does one have to pursue the penis with the aide of a pistol? Let me shut up before she shoots me. A very candid Tamar Braxton opened up to Necole Bitchie and a small gathering of women fans about the source of her confidence in an intimate interview conducted by the popular entertainment blogger. While Tamar is known for her big personality, she admittedly knows that part of it is rooted in overcompensation. The reality star and singer
