Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos says the recent criminal hit-and-run charge thrown on him is “B.S.” Mark says that despite the accusations, after Chris Brown’s car accident gave the other driver his Virginia driver's license and also gave her an insurance card. Said driver has a different story, though, telling TMZ that Chris said, "You are a b*tch!  Who do you think you are, b*tch?  Do you think if you driving Mercedes you got money, b*tch? Do you think I am just a black n***er." Yeah, that sounds like lines she stole from one of those Redbox movies, but I imagine Chris’ lawyer will handle that in due time. [TMZ]

This week marks four years since the death of Michael Jackson. In recent testimony, Michael’s eldest son, Prince Jackson, spoke of his father’s last moments. Prince said,
“My dad was hanging halfway off the bed and his eyes were rolling back in his head. [Dr. Conrad] Murray was doing CPR. My sister was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy. I was waiting at the bottom of the stairs crying, waiting to go to the hospital.” He also said of his dad’s death “we had our ways of dealing with it. [Paris] is having a hard time right now.”

As for what he remembers of Michael, Prince explained: “He always said you should give back to the community and to give back as much as you can. I got my desire to give back from my father.” Prince added that his dad always told him “everything is a learning experience…always learn from your experience.” Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go sing “You Are Not Alone.” [EURWeb]
