While fans of hit FOX series Empire are gearing up for Season 4, star Taraji P. Henson could be preparing to make her exit.

The network is reportedly in negotiations with the cast for future seasons of the show, with the Golden Globe-winning actress hesitant to sign on the dotted line.

According to sources at RadarOnline, the timeless beauty’s contract ends this year, and she’s hoping to negotiate more out of her deal, considering she’s the main attraction for loyal fans.

“Taraji is the franchise, and she’s milking it big time.

“One minute she’s telling them she wants it go to continue for the foreseeable future, the next she’s changed her mind and talking about the next step of her career elsewhere, or needing a break for her personal life.”

Henson, 46, is reportedly causing concern for her fellow costars as well.

“Everybody is bracing for the fact that once she is tired of all this, the whole universe of the series is going to wrap up, and they resent her for it.”

“It’s a big reason why she is treated like royalty on the set and everybody is walking on eggshells around her.”
