MSNBC rolled out the red carpet for celebrities like Will.I.Am, NFL cornerback Richard Sherman, ‘Scandal’ star Joe Morton, Glee’s Matthew Morrison and more this past weekend at its annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner after party. Held at D.C.’s National Building Museum, MSNBC transformed the historic design space into a chic den of luxury for its guests and show hosts, like Rev. Al Sharpton, Joy-Ann Reid (who kicked off “The Wobble” and the Electric Slide) David Gregory and Touré.
Guests sipped on premium Ciroq cocktails like the lemonade concoqution, “The Diddy,” and dined on lobster rolls and many more signature creations by four of Bravo’s “Top Chef” Winners Hung Huynh, Kevin Sbraga, Kristen Kish and Nicholas Elmi, as well as waves of delectable hors d’oeuvres by Occasions Catering. Guests also enjoyed hand-rolled cigars in the cigar tent. Rob Base and DJ BRyte took turns spinning for the party and the night ended with a bang as Jimmy Eat World gave its live performance from the AT&T entertainment stage. A great time was had by all.
