There’s beauty and then there’s elegance. Last week, I talked about finding truth and beauty; but the rare Sun-Venus-Mars conjunction on Sunday has me thinking about how you can draw more elegance in your life. I won’t bore you with repeating the whole definition of the word, but it’s interesting that elegance alludes to words like opulence, tastefulness, beauty—and scientific precision. I see you putting together all of those things in some creative and new way this week—from your wardrobe, to your home, your office or your work itself. And you don’t get to say “no” to elegance this week. But note: Elegance ≠ Extravagance. In fact, we all know that vintage thrift can be the quickest and cheapest way to get to elegance. But there are other ways too. If anyone can draft a plan to make elegance pecuniarily prudent, it’s you.
