ZODIAC LOUNGE: SCORPIO THIS WEEK 7/9-7/15

October 22 - November 21

Scorpio [Oct 22nd to Nov 21st]

#MeTime: Uranus goes retrograde a day before Mercury does this week. Uranus has been likely bringing a lot of innovation, change, or novelty in routine aspects of your life. It doesn’t mean that those changes will suddenly roll away, but you can expect that you’ll have to pay attention to how routine, including what happens at your job or with your health, has become too mindless or inattentive. Uranus doesn’t like inattentiveness. That’s why he’s used by the Cosmos to shake things up.  So pay attention to that dull pain near your shin as you do your daily run now or what’s happening along your route to work. You can either be attentive and seize the moment to change it…or, ahem, have it changed for you.

#Heartstrings: Although the first half of the week could bode well for you on the romantic front, you’re going to have to be vigilant toward the bottom half from feeling a bit testy. Ultimately, there’s nothing wrong with you. In fact, there’s a lot that’s right with you. Although Mars in Libra “puts” some subtle pressure on you at the back of your mind, this also brings a lot of energy to the fore. That’s most likely the problem. You may not know how to express all that energy.  Avoid the impulse to pick a fight or nit-pick and you’ve won half the battle.  It is a great time to enjoy the summer weather in an active way, if it’s good, with a boo, if you have one. If not, put that energy to good use in doing some shopping or working out to look even better than you already do.

#MoneyMoves: A Mercury Retrograde at the head of your Zodiac Lounge table means that it’s time to re-think and re-tool some moves you’ve been making on the career front.  Initially, this could feel like some serious disruption and, of course, communication foul-ups. However, the best way to navigate around Mercury retrograde issues is to stop going with the assumption that business should proceed as normal. Normal ain’t always best…or really normal.  It’s particularly a good time to revisit an idea or pursuit that you might have initiated or thought to work on a few weeks ago.
