Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada says if her life depended on it and she could only call an ex to save her, her pick would be ex-husband Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.
Lozada and BBW executive producer Shaunie O’Neal appeared on Van Lathan’s The Red Pill Podcast. The TMZ journalist asked the perplexing life or death question. “Each one of you ladies – Let’s say that you were stranded. No money, no food, no nothing. In the middle of nowhere, but you’ve got your cell phone, and you got the numbers of your exes in the cell phone. Which one are you gonna call? Which one do you have the most faith in?”
Shaunie chose her ex-husband Shaquille O’Neal who maintain an amicable relationship after divorce. While Evelyn chose the former NFL star.
“Chad. And not that I don’t have faith in Carl, Carl would be there, but we’re talking about if my life is on the line.”
Carl Crawford is the father of Lozada’s and her ex-fiancé. The pair broke up last year. Johnson’s marriage lasted for 41 days in 2012 before a domestic violence incident was the precursor to their divorce. Because of that violent past, it may come as a surprise to many that she chose the athlete.
