Pop superstars Rihanna and Drake may share past full of romance and chart toppers, but according to the Caribbean beauty, they’re no longer as close as they once were.

During a Q&A with Vogue, the singer revealed that her relationship with her “Work” collaborator has deteriorated over time but neither of them harbors any ill will.

“We don’t have a friendship now, but we’re not enemies either,” Rihanna said. “It is what it is.”

Drake confessed his love for the songstress during the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards, where he presented her with the Video Vanguard Award.

“She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old,” he said during the broadcast. “She’s one of my best friends in the world. She’s a living, breathing legend in our industry.”

RiRi admitted that the rapper’s speech, while sweet and appreciated, made her a bit anxious.

“Waiting through that speech was probably the most uncomfortable part,” she said. “I don’t like too many compliments; I don’t like to be put on blast.”

The 30-year-old mogul also addressed her latest beau, and though she refused to call him out by name, she revealed that he’s one of the few people in her life she considers “worth it.”

“I used to feel guilty about taking personal time, but I also think I never met someone who was worth it before.”

Fenty is referring to Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel, who was first seen hugged up with the cosmetics boss last year and has been spotted by her side several times since.
