The woman at the center of an alleged extortion and cheating scandal involving famed actor and comedian Kevin Hart is speaking out.

Montia Sabbag, who describes herself as an aspiring actress and model, has hired Lisa Bloom to legally represent her. Bloom is currently also representing Blac Chyna in her case against Rob Kardashian.

During a press conference Wednesday, Sabbag came forward and said she had absolutely nothing to do with the release of tapes that allegedly showed her and Hart in a sexually suggestive predicament.

Hart is married to his second wife, Eniko Parrish, who is currently pregnant with the couple’s first child.

Bloom took to Twitter to announce that she’d be serving as Sabbag’s attorney, who is accused of extorting Hart.

According to a press release announcing the partnership, Sabbag was “briefly involved with Kevin Hart a month ago” and has suffered from “false, vicious attacks on her character.”

At the press conference, Sabbag told reporters that she had not “broken any laws.”

“I had nothing to do with these recordings,” Sabbag said. “I have hired Lisa Bloom to protect my rights, and I am truly sorry for any involvement I had in this.”

Bloom took questions on behalf of her client but refused to address whether she had prior knowledge of Hart’s wife at the time. Bloom also doubled down on accusations that Sabbag requested money from the comedian to take a lie detector test.

As for who filmed the alleged tryst, neither Bloom nor Sabbag said who they believe may have captured the footage.

Bloom said both she and her client will be working with authorities to get to the bottom of the situation.
