Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye West reportedly have hired a surrogate for their third child, according to TMZ.

The media outlet reports that Kardashian-West has placenta accreta, a condition that would make another pregnancy life-threatening.

The surrogate, reportedly hired for $45,000 to be paid in 10 installments of $4,500 each, is required to refrain from smoking, drinking and drugs during the pregnancy. If the surrogate has multiple children, she will receive an additional $5,000 for each child.

Per the agreement, the surrogate will also be required to restrict sexual activities in the weeks leading up to pregnancy, including abstaining from intercourse for three weeks following implantation of the embryo.

Per the agreement with Kardashian-West and West, the surrogate cannot use hot tubs or saunas, handle or change cat litter, apply hair dye while carrying the child, eat raw fish or drink more than one caffeinated beverage a day.

The couple is also required to pay a $68,850 deposit to the surrogate agency.

The agreement is said to state that Kardashian-West and West “assume the legal and parental responsibilities for any child that may possess any congenital or other abnormalities or defects.”

Last week, the couple’s oldest child, North West, turned 4. For her big day, her parents threw her a birthday celebration at … wait for it: Chuck E. Cheese.

The couple also has a son, Saint West, who will turn 2 in December.
