Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is calling for a meeting with community leaders, ministers and activists before the city releases dash cam video of a Chicago police officer fatally shooting a Black teenager 16 times at close range.

17-year-old LaQuan McDonald was killed last year.

The city has settled with his family, but a freelance journalist sued to have the footage released.

A judge ordered that must happen by Wednesday. Brooks hasn’t seen the video, but would like to watch it before it’s released to the public.
