The Philadelphia Police Department released the 911 call made by a Starbucks manager on two Black men that led to their arrests, spawned protests and an apology from the CEO.

The call was made last Thursday where the woman, presumed to be the store manager, said that the two men were refusing to leave.

“I have two gentlemen in my cafe that are refusing to make a purchase or leave. I am at the Starbucks at 18th and Spruce,” a Starbucks employee can be heard telling the 911 operator.

Following the incident, the manager has left the coffee-chain and the company announced that it’s closing over 8,000 locations to conduct racial-bias training on May 29.
