JET Magazine Goes Digital: A Look Back [PHOTOS]

Today, Johnson Publishing Company announced that JET magazine (founded in 1951) will end its print publication and transition into a digital magazine app by the end of June 2014. Launched as a weekly news publication for African-Americans, JET has been a beloved mainstay in the Black community for decades. The anticipated app is set to include photography from the EBONY/JET archives, video interviews, enhanced digital maps and 3D charts, available for varied tablet devices and mobile platforms.
