Jurors reach split decision in Jordan Miles case

Jordan Miles awarded a settlement, but jury decided that the officers who caused his injuries didn't use excessive force.

A federal jury on Monday decided three police officers wrongfully arrested a Homewood man four years ago, but didn't use excessive force.
