Orly Taitz, the self-proclaimed “queen of birthers,” was denied access to President Barack Obama’s college records by an Orange County judge.
Taitz filed a motion to have President Obama’s college application and other records from Occidental College released.
Even after President Obama released his long-form Hawaii birth certificate, Taitz, a California attorney, called the legal document “not a true and correct image.”
Taitz has also alleged that the president has used multiple social security numbers.
Earlier this year, Taitz unsuccessfully ran for a California senate seat and failed to win the endorsement of GOP candidate Newt Gingrich.
According to Occidental College’s student news site, The Occidental Weekly, in response to a folder presented by Taitz, the presiding judge, Judge Marginis commented “you should know that evidence is not stuff printed from the internet.”
Judge Marginis rejected Taitz’s request of President Obama’s college records and ordered her to pay $4,000 to the College for resources it spent defending itself.
