Famed golf legend Tiger Woods was found asleep at the wheel in a stopped vehicle approximately 8 miles from his home before officers found and arrested him, TMZ reports.

A police report obtained by the media outlet states that Woods was asleep with the motor running in his 2015 Mercedes. The right blinker was also flashing when officers approached the PGA Tour champion.

Woods allegedly told police he was “coming from L.A. California from golfing.” He then reportedly changed his story, and said he did not know where he was.

TMZ also reports that four drugs were listed under the medical conditions section of the report: Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx. It also noted the star’s four left knee surgeries and four Achilles.

Woods is said to have also failed a field sobriety test administered by the officers who found him. Since the incident, Tiger said he had an “unexpected reaction to prescribed medications,” and that he “didn’t realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly.”

He is slated to appear in court in July.
