Over the years Steve Harvey has grown to be a household name. He has captured our hearts whether he was making you laugh during Kings of Comedy, playing a music teacher on “The Steve Harvey Show” or hosting the wholesome favorite, “Family Feud”. He recently hung up the comedic “mic” for the last time, as he retired from stand up comedy this weekend. During that performance in Vegas, he and his wife Marjorie hosted the 10th Annual Hoodie Awards. Steve was very dapper in an all black suit, with a black and white printed tie. Marjorie was absolutely stunning in a fire red floor-length Tom Ford gown.

Tichina Arnold, Terrance J, Selita E. Banks, Morris Chestnut, Michael Jai White, Bobby Brown, were amongst some of the celebrities who attended the 2012 Hoodie Awards. This year’s award ceremony was in Las Vegas, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Reportedly next year the name will be changed to “The Neighborhood Awards”. In NYC Laz Alonso was on deck at the Studio Museum in Harlem. The hot actor is the new travel ambassador for BlackAtlas.com, an African American division of American Airlines. Melanie Fiona performed a string of her hits during the reception, and Marcus Samuelsson served up the food!
