Carter currently serves as the global head of creator services at Spotify and oversees the company's relationships with artists, producers, songwriters and record companies. Carter's entrance into the tech industry came from the creation of Atom Factory's angel fund and VC fund Cross Culture Ventures. Some of the early investments include Lyft, Dropbox, Spotify and Warby Parker.
