"Anthony and I really wanted to have a simple but elegant day that focused on celebrating our union in the presence of our loved ones. We decided to have our wedding outdoors in the gardens of a historic mansion in Norcross, Georgia. It was a beautiful and intimate setting, with our wedding ceremony in the gardens and the reception in the grand ballroom of the mansion. We were blessed to have great weather that day, and it truly was a day filled with love, laughter and family!
"Anthony and I did all the wedding planning together and we were blessed to have the help of family in bringing all the pieces together for a seamless day! I can say that it's definitely important to set the budget first and to then think creatively on how to stay within that budget. Two of our major DIY projects were making our invitations for our 200 guest count and the table numbers for the reception.
"The most memorable moment for me was when I was walking down the aisle. As soon as I started walking down the aisle, I locked eyes with Anthony and it really started to hit me that he was about to be my husband! It was such an emotional moment for me and I'll never forget the reassuring look he gave me as I walked towards him."
