“Andre and I, along with our parents, started planning immediately after the proposal. We quickly realized this would be a pretty large wedding, as we both have a lot of family and friends domestically and internationally. Andre attended a wedding a few months prior to the proposal, and met our wedding planner, Jade Lee of Jade Lee Events.

“Unbeknownst to me, Andre had already informed Jade of his pending proposal, and that he was so impressed with her work and wanted to work with her for his wedding. We began working on establishing our budget, style, and head count for our nuptials prior to meeting with Jade. Our biggest challenge was that I had been living and working in Charlotte during the planning process, and would come to Atlanta on the weekends to visit venues and attend scheduled appointments. So every weekend meeting was critical due to my availability. I was fortunate to have a very involved groo., Andre has impeccable taste so I trusted the decisions he made in my absence.”
