Harlem's Fashion Row joined the New York Fashion Week festivities with an explosive roster of up-and-coming designers of color, and EBONY was there to capture footage from behind the runway. With looks designed by celebrity hair stylist Keith Campbell to makeup that can easily be translated from the catwalk to the sidewalk, the models from the Fashion Deli, Fe Noel and M-Sew provided much face and attitude.
