The 2012 BET Awards was without a doubt the grandest event of the weekend. Many celebs attended, sporting all kind of different looks. Some were beautiful and some just didn’t make the cut. “Beautiful Surprise” singer Tamia appeared back on the scene at this year’s awards, for the very first time. She had one of our favorite looks in a black Oscar de la Renta gown, red Alexander Mcqueen clutch, and nude pumps.
Selita E. Banks looked gorgeous as well in a Falguni and Shane peacock gown. Yellow was a hot color last night and Beyonce, Wendy Raquel Robinson, and LeToya Luckett all looked radiant in it. “The Game” star Hosea Chancez took risks with his outfit, do you think it worked? Lauren London who may reportedly be his co-star soon, stepped out in all white. Jamie Foxx showed support for Trayvon Martin, wearing a s tee with his impage imprinted on it. Ciara and Tyga felt it was a leather shirt-wearing weekend, and Big Sean decided he’d wear leather too…but no shirt. Eva and Christina Milian attended pre award events. Rihanna was absent for this year’s awards and performed in Sweden after news that her Grandma Dolly had passed away. Our thoughts are with her and her family.
