LeBron James has a lot to celebrate these days. With a new wife, two NBA championship rings and now his third cover of GQ, the NBA star is pretty much the biggest athlete right now. Photographer Terry Richardson shot the fashion spread, which was styled by the Sartorial Collective, for the March issue, combining James' fresh style and strong masculine appeal to create a superb cover. The shoot features James in a variety of looks, from casual to corporate.

We give much respect given to James, because he has really found his footing in the fashion world. Most recently, James wowed folks with a custom made green and paisley printed tuxedo by Warraire Boswell. In the era of fashionable athletic icons like Dwyane Wade, Russell Westbrook, Tyson Chandler and Amar’e Stoudemaire, James is definitely holding his own.

We're interested to see how the relationship between athletes (primarily Black ones) and the fashion world continue to evolve. Big ups to the fashion and magazine industries taking notice as athletes are becoming more stylish, trend setting icons. And even more props to LeBron James for showing how Black men throw down in a suit.
