On part 2 of Oprah's Lifeclass​ for single mothers, actress Nia Long shares her painful experience of having to grow up too fast and "be the adult," to protect her mom.  She tearfully encourages a young girl in the audience to "allow yourself to be a girl, to be a child," and to "forgive your mom."
