Contact inner city schools, local Black churches, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America, local Urban League organizations, The United Way, or other organizations and offer to volunteer.  Mentoring is a great and fulfilling way to pay it forward and to show girls that they are wonderful and should be proud of who they are.  Yes, Black And Proud!
