Paloma de Puebla

What better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than with Fósforo Mezcal, a brand that hails from Huehuetlán el Grande in the Puebla region of Mexico, where the Battle of Puebla occurred on May 5, 1862. The Paloma de Puebla is refreshing and easy to make, pairing Fósforo's floral Tobalá with a touch of anise alongside the traditional grapefruit. You can level up the flavor by adding a chili-salt rim.
