Afro Nation is headed to Nigeria. The acclaimed music festival, which has been making its rounds across the diaspora, will be touching down in Nigeria for the first time ever. In the 4 years since its inception in Portugal, Afro Nation has brought the power of Afro Beats to various countries and most recently held an iteration in Miami.
"Nigeria is the home to so many international superstars who have made Afrobeats a globally loved genre," says Adesegun "SMADE," Adeosun, co-founder of the festival share. "As someone who grew up in Lagos, and then spent years promoting African music in London and beyond, this will truly be a full circle moment, bringing the Afro Nation show back home to Lagos. We can’t wait for the biggest celebration of African music the world has ever seen!"
