Love it or hate it, the Air Jordan sneaker is a staple in fashion …  a classic gym shoe, hands down.

And for just the second time in history, a woman is at the helm of one of the iconic brand’s designs.

Meet Aleali May. The model and image consultant has been making her mark on the fashion world for quite some time now. She’s styled the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Tinashe and Lil Yachty. Now, she’s branching off into the world of design.

Earlier this week, the fashionista took to Instagram to announced that she has created her first pair of Air Jordan 6s. The shoe, dubbed “Millennial Pink,” secured May’s spot in shoe history.
